WEST MEMPHIS - Here’s an extended trailer for the new documentary from Oscar-nominated filmmaker Amy Berg (DELIVER US FROM EVIL) that is a companion piece to the PARADISE LOST film trilogy about the 1993 murders of 3 young boys in West Memphis, Arkansas and the 3 teenage boys later convicted of the crime, forced to serve 18 years in jail before their release late in 2011 duet to insufficient evidence and a bungled police investigation. This documentary is produced by Oscar-winning filmmaker Peter Jackson and his wife and frequent collaborator, Fran Walsh. The film makes its premiere at the 2012 Sundance Film Festival on Friday, January 20th.
